Qualifications:
- Female, max age of 30yo
- Min. D1 or 2 year experiences in working as an Admin Staff
- Pleasant personality and strict to rules of administration
- Good in keeping files and documentation
- Good in correspondence both Indonesian and in English
- Able to work independently and also as a team member
- Computer Literate
- Media Literate will be an advantage (Scanner, Projectors)
Main Responsibilities:
She will be responsible to keep and maintain all
of our Sales team files and documentation and will be the only person who
operates most of media support for presentation. She will assist all Sales Team to document their papers, both report and
supporting documents. She will work closely with Sales Team in terms of
document support and will be the one also who preparing complete documents for
them. She will maintain those filing cabinets and assure that all documents are
returned completely and record the in and outs.
