Business Development & Support Dept Head
(Banten - Karawaci, Tangerang)

Responsibilities:

Product development.
Marketing intelligence.
Design sales incentive scheme and monitor the implementation.
Design contest and monitor the implementation.
Monitoring sales activity and performance.
Identify and design the needs to develop agency/broker/other distribution channel.
Socialization to sales team for any update/changes in regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Economics.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Life Insurance Industry or any related field.
Having knowledge in actuary, pension & employee benefit products is preferred.
Familiar with sales process and flow of business from prospecting to retaining clients.
Detail and good analytical skill.
Have a sense of business.
