HR SUPERVISOR

Qualifications :

* Have min 5 years experience in the same position
* Minimum S1 degree majoring in Psychology
* Have a good understanding of Indonesia labor law and industrial relation
* Have a good knowledge of organization systems and processes
* Have strong leadership skills
* Have good command of English, written and oral
* Able to facilitate and create concept, preparing, scheduling and performing HR training
* Good knowledge in Compensation & Benefit, Payroll, Jamsostek, Insurance and PPh 21
* Have good understanding of Human Capital Management
* Strong initiative, result and process oriented, and a self starter
