HR STAFF (BANDUNG)
Requirements :
* Female, max 30 years old
* Bachelor Degree of Psychology
* Exp 3 years in the same position
* Bachelor degree in psychology and good knowledge in psychology tool
* Experience in recruitment minimal 1 year
* HR administration & analysis (such as : absenteeism, overtime, working hour, working schedule, etc.)
* Knowledgeable in Indonesia Labor Law and regulation
* Honest and dependable
* Good communication skill
* Good negotiation and problem solving skill
* Very high attention to detail
* Able to work in team, under pressure and tight deadline
* Computer literate (Microsoft office suite: Excel, Word, Power Point, etc)
* Experience in creating reports and administrative documents related to HR
* Willing to be place in BANDUNG
