We are seeking qualified candidates for our Frozen Seafood Division to apply for the following position:

Quality Assurance Executive (stationed in Surabaya)
(Jawa Timur)

Responsibilities:

* To perform Quality Control and R&D on Frozen Finger Food
* To ensure that all GMP and Hygiene practices are enforced and implement in the production area
* To participate and contribute on continual improvement of the work process
* To conduct investigation on all quality issues
* To work closely with Product Development team on product formulation
* To conduct regular Quality Audit
* To source for raw materials and ingredients

Requirements:

* Degree in Food Technology/Science
* Familiar with GMP & HACCP
* At least 3 years of working experience in related field in a food manufacturing industry
* Must be analytical & possess good problem-solving skill
* Able to work independently
* Must be able to communicate effectively in both oral and written English
