Requirements:
Bancassurance Specialist (BAS)
General requirements:
* Male / Female Min. D3 / S1 GPA ≥ 2.75 with ages 20-30 years.
* Ambitious and target oriented.
* Work experience min. 1 year in sales (preferably from the financial industry).
* Strong presentation and computer literate
* Like to meet and interact with others.
* Have integrity and loyalty.
* Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
Bancatakaful Sharia (BS)
General requirements:
* Male / Female Min. D3 / S1 GPA ≥ 2.75 with ages 20-30 years.Ambitious and target oriented.
* Work experience min. 1 year in sales (preferably from the financial industry).
* Strong presentation and computer literate
* Like to meet and interact with others.
* Have integrity and loyalty.
* Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
Corporate Sales Team (CST)
General requirements:
* Bachelor Degrees, with a GPA ≥ 3.0
* Minimum 2 years work experience as a sales force
* Work experience preferably in Life Insurance Company
* Computer literate with Ms. programs. Office, Power Point
* Good English Active
* Having wide networking
* Able to work under pressure
* Having a keen analysis creativity
* Having a high loyalty integrity
Financial Consultant (FC)
General requirements:
* Age min 24 years or never worked
* Education min D3, preferably S1
* Likes the challenge and high motivation
* Ability to communicate well
* Customer and target oriented
Actuarial Assistant Manager
General requirements:
* Age min. 28-35 years.
* Male, Minimum S1 majoring in Actuarial, Mathematics or Statistics. GPA of 2.75.
* Experience min. 3 years with good field for Ms. programs. Office, Excel Macro, know the software Actuary.
* English Language Ability of at least passive.
* It has been certified ASAI and AAIJ.
* Want to work hard and Not get bored quickly.
* Have the ability to analyze data well.
* Used to create a standard report to the Ministry of Finance.
* Can work in teams, creativity, and initiative.
* Have high integrity and loyalty.
