Merchandiser Manager (MM)
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* To coordinate, oversee and manage all activities in buyer and merchandiser
* Planning, buying and develop product
* Ensure inventory stock of product (not shortage & excess) and make sure the distribution of product are in accordance stock
* Responsible for the margin, price, quality, quantity and delivery time
* Establish cooperation and evaluate suppliers (in term of price, quality, delivery time)
* Regulate & control the budget
* Check, control the quality & quantity product (model, color, price, number of item as needed) and fitting product (in term of comfort) before launched
* Marketing plan to ensure achievement of sales
* Analysis of market conditions and competitor as well as up to date fashion trends

Requirements:

* Female with age > 30 years old
* Barchelor Degree with GPA min 3 in Fashion Business/Arts/Design Comunication Visual/Advertising/Graphic Design
* Min 3 years experience in same positions, fashion/shoes retail preferred
* Have good leadership and managerial skill
* Fluent English, Willing to travel
* Placement : Jakarta
