Informasi Lowongan Pekerjaan Terbaru Februari 2011 : PT Ricobana Abadi was established on February 19, 1981, operating its core business in heavy equipment contract services and spareparts supplies. The lead of heavy equipment rental division was initiated by bulldozers and excavators rental services to PT Tambang Batubara Bukit Asam persero, Tanjung Enim, Sumatra Selatan, which is still in progress until now.

In the following year, this division started to facilitate heavy equipment services to other companies such as PT Jaya Konstruksi MP, PT Caltex Pacific Indonesia, etc.

In 1991, heavy equipment rental and contractor division undertook the earth work construction project and became the sub-contractor of JO Jaya Obayashi for the first time in respect to the Paiton PLTU project building. Until recent, PT Ricobana Abadi has owned and operated a large number of small to big machines which is spreadout at various projects in Indonesia.

Project Manager (001 BC)

Project Manager 5 years experience. Have the managerial skills and strong leadership, understanding the business processes of mine, used to create strategies for achieving the targets, conduct reviews and make an action plan, analyze and control cost which refers to the budget, was able to perform operations with emphasis on safety procedures.

Production Supervisor (001 PS)

Supervisor 5 years experience, has experience and capability in a plan of work in controlling the operational activities to meet production targets and cooperation with the dept. related. Has certification Pratt Operations Supervisor

MINING ENGINEERING

Mine Engineer Supervisor (002 ME)
Mine Plan Supervisor (002 MP)

D3/S1 Civil Engineering / Mining / Geology For diperencanaan 5th Supervisor experience and operacional coal or mineral mining. To Planner 3th experience mastering Surpac mine planning software and Minescape.

Blast Drill Supervisor (002 DBS)

3th experience, Certificate of Interpreter explosive grade 2 and POP, control software design drillblast.

Surveyor Supervisor (002 SVY)

STM/D3 Civil Engineering, Mining, Geology. Min 3 yrs experience of mining topography measurement.

MINING SERVICE

Safety Supervisor (003 SS)

Supervisor 5 years experience, Must have a valid SIM A, has the Pratt Operations Supervisor certification.

PLANT

Maintenance Supervisor (004 MS)

5 years experience in machine maintenance planning and heavy mining equipment spare parts. Mastering operations and heavy equipment applications.

Maintenance Planner Spv (004 MP)

D3/S1 Mechanical / Heavy Equipment. Min 2 yrs experience in same position.

Mechanic (004 MEC)

SMK. Experience 2thn maintenance treatment Mine Heavy Equipment Unit.

Logistic Supervisor (004 LGS)
Logistic Officer (004 LGO)

Age max 35 thn (Spv), 30 yrs (Officer). Experience 5 years (Spv), 1 yr (Officer). Education min D3. Knowing the supply chain. Planning, organizing and controlling the activities of logistics, inventory management, warehouse control and delivery organizations. Mastering the field of warehousing and storage.

Supervisor 5 years experience. S1 Psychology / Law / Economics of Personnel, Compensation & Benefit, Recruitment, Industrial Relations, Understanding the bank's products, manage cash flow, Mastering the financial statements, budget control, Mastering Vat, Pph21 & 23.

Accounting Manager (005 FA)

Age max. 35 yrs. Experience Manager 2 yrs or Spv 5 years. S1 Accounting (preferred), Finance, Banking and familiar with GAAP. Financial reporting, managerial, analysis and explanation. Dealing with problems, reports, audit and tax related Tax Office.

System Analyst / SAP support (SAP 005)

Experience 2 yrs. S1 related. Preferably that have the ability DB2/SQL Server, Visual Basic / VB.Net / Java and are familiar with SDLC. Experience in the maintenance process with EAM / CMMS Software.
