IT Support Executive (PC Support)

Job Description:
· Handles IT-related enquiries and trouble shooting
· Ensures all the assigned incidents are handled properly and timely
· Processes weekly, monthly reports and documentations
· Performs any other task as assigned
· Perform as first level troubleshooting

Requirements:

Diploma in any discipline
At least 1 years of working experience in similar position.
Have knowledge WAN & LAN, DNS, DHCP, proxy server
Experience to trouble PC in windows environment
Experience to install and configure application (email, internet access, security patches, backup)
Experience in handling PC via Remote Access
Experience to identify and repair PC hardware
Experience to handle viruses
Good interpersonal and customer service skills

Working location: Cibitung MM2100
