A. Mining Manager

Responsibilities :

1. Manage all aspect of the operation of coal mining project including activities of exploration, excavation, transporting, shipping & marketing
2. Ensure quality control of all technical services activities at the project
3. Maintain company objectives in relation to safety, quality, & environment
4. Responsible in leading a team of supervisor and foreman and establish standards and policies for all mining activities

Qualification :

- Bachelor degree in related position
- 10 years experience in coal mining business
- Wide knowledge and experience in business analysis, corporate marketing or related functions
- Excellent communication and analytical skills with a high ability to develop business or project strategy and manage implementation
- Able to operate computer (Ms Office)

B. Supervisor
- Production
- Engineering
- SHE
- Plant

Qualification :

- Male Max. 40 years old
- Bachelor degree related to each position
- 5 years experience as a supervisor in open pit coal mining area
- Have a second class blasting certificate & POP License for PRODUCTION – preferable
- Having skill in Minescape or SURPAC for ENGINEERING
- Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality for SHEQ
- BMC License, Comprehend in maintenance and service management for PLANT
- Base in Kalimantan

C. Instructor (Mechanical Instructor & Heavy Equipment Instructor)

Qualification :

- Male Max. 35 years old
- 5 years experiences in heavy equipment instructor or chief mechanic especially in mining companies
- Having TOT Certificate
- Base in Kalimantan
- Ability to teach (in-class & field practical)

D. Mechanic

Qualification :

- Male Max. 35 years old
- 6 years experiences as Heavy Equipment Mechanic
- BMC License preferred
- Base in Kalimantan
- Able to work in a team
- Unit that will be handled : Komatsu HD 465 up, PC 1250 up, GD 705 up, CAT 785 up, Liebherr R9250 up, Drill Tech DP 1100

E. Dispatcher Section Head

Qualification :

- Male
- Age maximum 40 years old
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 5 years experience in Mine operations or mine planning
- Good knowledge of mine operations and an understanding of the factors that contribute to good mining practices
- A good understanding of the considerations that go into good mine planning
- Having knowledge about Safety, Health and Environment (SHE)
- Having knowledge about JIGSAW Auto Dispatch Program

F. Dispatcher Group Leader

Qualification :

- Male
- Age maximum 35 years old
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 3 years experience in Mine operations or mine planning
- Good knowledge of mine operations and an understanding of the factors that contribute to good mining practices
- A good understanding of the considerations that go into good mine planning
- Have a knowledge about Safety, Health and Environment (SHE)
- Have a knowledge about JIGSAW Auto Dispatch Program is an Advantage

G. Civil & Road Construction Manager

Qualification :

- Male
- Age maximum 40 years old
- Bachelor Degree in Civil
- Minimum 5 years experience in design and road construction
- Have certificate related to road construction
- Base in Jakarta

H. Logistic Supervisor

Qualification :

- Male
- Age maximum 35 years old
- Bachelor Degree related to each position
- Minimum 5 years experience in Warehousing, Inventory & Purchasing
- Computer literate
- Base in Kalimantan

I. HRGA Supervisor

Qualification :

- Male
- Age maximum 35 years old
- Bachelor Degree related to each position
- Minimum 5 years experience in HR
- Familiar with manpower regulation (UU no 13/2003)
- Have skill in recruitment, training, payroll and external relation
- Computer literate
- Base in Kalimantan
