MINE ENGINEER

Male, age max, 40 years old
Min. S1. Mining Engineering from reputable univercity
More than 3 years exp in coal mining
Expertise in minescape software

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Male / Female, age max, 35 years old
Bachelor degree (S1) from any discipline and more than 5 years work exp
Set up training & development system, familiar with procedure (SOP) and mastering the implementation for ISO

HR & GA MANAGER

Male / Female, age max, 40 years old
Bachelor degree (S1) from any discipline and more than 5 years similiar work exp
Provides guidance to management in industrial relation in order to ensure compliance with regulation and labor law
Responsible for staffing recruiting and selection process in order to fulfill man power needs of each department in timely basis with high qualified employee
Analyze existing business system, policy, process, and procedures

SAFETY & HEALTH ENVIRONMENT SUPERINTENDENT

Male / Female, age max, 35 years old
Bachelor degree (S1) from any discipline
Coordinate HSE training, educations, promotions, exercise and drills with local authority, client and sub contractors
Develop required HSE training materials & delivering internal HSE training
Completing and documenting the training documentations such as attendance list, pre/post test, and questionnaire reports

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Male / Female, age max, 35 years old
Bachelor degree (S1) from any discipline and more than 5 years similiar work exp
Develop new business within the company and coordinate to operation people
Set anew procedure to the business to company’s standart work
Ensure program implementation which is integrate to company strategy map
