Programmer (code: JPS – Dev)

Requirements:

Graduate Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related majors from reputable university, with GPA of 3.0 or above
Experience in IT Projects is an advantage
Open-minded, self-discipline, hard working, independent, proactive, high integrity, teamwork player as well as excellent interpersonal skills
Energetic, enthusiastic and adaptive to different environments
Strong interest and passion in programming and IT tasks

Relational Databases :

Possesses understanding of basic relational database concepts
Possesses knowledge of various database access methods

Programming Languages :

Possesses working knowledge of at least one structured programming language (C#)
Proficient in HTML and one scripting language.
Possesses basic knowledge of XML/XSL.
Architecture: Demonstrates basic knowledge of object and component methodology and technology
Possesses basic knowledge of classes, components, objects, and interfaces
Recognizes fundamental differences between the various internet browsers

Sales Admin (kode: JPS-SA)

Responsibilities:

Entry and administration data
Reconcile Recurring Revenue.
Follow up and check agreement from all sales team
Analyze data from all sales team
Make reports of sales

Requirements:

Female, with min 2-3 years experience as Sales Administration and Helpdesk
Graduated min. D3 from reputable university majoring Finance/Accounting or Legal will be preferable
Have knowledge of Basic Accounting for Sales Commission
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially in MS. Excel and Power point
Familiar with composing agreement and reviewing the content is preferable
Fluent in English both written and oral
Meticulous and detail oriented in administration
Hard worker, good working attitude and full dedicated
Able to work independent or in a team also able to work under pressure
Be a fast learner, innovative, smart, self motivated and have a result-driven attitude

Oracle Financial – Functional Consultant (Kode: JPS-Orafin)
(Jakarta Raya)
Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Accounting from reputable university with GPA min 3.00
Having experience in Information System Design/Development/Maintenance
Having strong understanding in Basic Accounting and Financial Reporting
Having exposure to ERP, especially Oracle Financials
Understanding and able to set up Oracle Payables Concepts (Invoice, Payment, Tax and Aging)
Understanding and able to set up Oracle Receivable Concepts (Transaction, Receipt, Accrue Revenue and Aging)
Understanding and able to set up Oracle Assets Concepts (Depreciation Method, Commercial, Tax Book)
Understand and able to set up Oracle Cash Management Concepts (Bank Reconciliation, Cash Positioning)
Good in communication skill: fluent written and spoken English is a mandatory
Must be creative, able to work independently, diligent, hardworking person and teamwork
Have high commitment to meet project’s target and deadline.
Ability to think, analyze and recommend solutions to any technical problem.
Willing to travel and have high flexibility on project allocation.

Project Manager (PM)
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

Manage task delivery using provided methodology.
Manage timeline based on approved project plan.
Manage project expenses as approved on project initiation.
Manage risk/issue properly and escalate as necessary.
Co-ordinate the tasks, status and risk/issue with client properly through client’s Project Manager.
Build good team work within project team member.
Define the responsibility of each project team member properly.
Review the performance of each team member along the project.
Report the project status, issue, and risk to project supervisor.

Requirements:

Min. bachelor degree with min. 3 years working experience.
Has experience min. 3 years as Team Leader or 2 years as Project Manager.
Involve in at least 2 full project cycles with min. 4 months duration.
Having technical and/or functional experiences would be preferred.
Having good knowledge on Software Development Life Cycle.
Having good knowledge on Project Management would be preferred.
Having good communication skill.
Having good people management experiences.
Having good negotiation and presentation skill.
Willing to work overtime with minimum supervisory.
