6. Recruitment Senior Executive
* Holding S1 degree from any major (2.5), preferably from Industrial, Civil, Mechanical Electrical or Electronic Engineering (1,3,4).
* Psychology (6)
* Minimum GPA of 2.75 Male – Female (1,2,5,6), Male (3,4)
* Maximum 27 years old (1,4), 30 years old (2,3,6), 38 years old (5)
* Have 2 years exp in production area ( 1),min 2 years in facility area (4), min 3 years exp in the same position (2,3.6).5 years exp (5)
* Fluent in English both Oral and Written (1,2,3,4,5,6)
* Good interpersonal aria leadership skill (1,2,3,4,5,6)
* Conduct regular inspection and maintenance work on general facilities and infrastructure of the plant, production related equipments excluding sewing machines (3,4)
* Assist the Facility Manager in collaborating with other departments to develop cost saving initiatives and initiatives participate initiatives to heighten the pants sense of cost effective use of facilities
* Provide managerial leadership to Shipment team to ensure on-time import/export materials through arrangement of on-time customs clearance in of cost-effective arrangement methods; to ensure just-in-time delivery of materials to the, Factory(s), proper materials storage and on-time loading of finished goods (5)
* Deep understanding in recruitment area (psychological tools and interview skill with BEI)
* Willing to work in KBN – Cakung Cilincing – Jakarta Utara location
* Shuttle Bus transport provided for particular routes
* Canteen provided
