We have a vacant position for:

Project Controller
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
Objectives :
Maintain cost controls over the project and drive a cost-conscious culture within Project and Construction team, to keep the project within the budget.
Provide advanced and comprehensive analysis and reporting on the costs of the project and cash flow forecasts.
Ensure commitments and practices are compliant with policies and procedures defined for the project.
Process definition :
Establish standards, tools and procedures for use on the project, including but not limited to: procurement approval, invoice approval, payment, forex
Ensure these policies are properly followed and adequate approval levels obtained
Project administrative duties :
Ensure documentation obtained for procurement, invoices, payments are accurate and sufficient and verify these documents before obtaining approval by appropriate authorizer.
Ensure invoices from contractors are in line with: 1. The contract 2. Progress measured onsite by the Project Field Manager
Responsible for day-to-day financial housekeeping and ensure quality and accuracy of data input in the Project Management tool.
maintain proper filing of original documents
Liaise with Accounting team for the payment of invoices, cash flow forecast and preparation of the fixed asset register
Budget control and reporting :
Monitor actual costs and committed costs, and develop an analysis of costs at completion
Report costs analysis (budget vs. actuals, cost at completion) and cash flow forecasts on a regular basis
Coordinate with Project Field Manager and Engineers to prepare bi –weekly reporting to with update on key information, including milestones summary, progress measurement, risk assessment and key issues identified, summary of costs incurred

Requirements:

Male or Female, with 5-7 years working experience, in his/her middle rank position.
Accounting / Management / Economic Degree (S1)
Good English in written and spoken
Having knowledge of IFRS
Able to work overtime and meeting the deadline.
Strong drive, self motivated, energetic, good leadership, ability to prioritized work, good communication and interpersonal skills
Base location: Jakarta
