We are seeking for a self-motivated team player for the following position in our Indonesia office:

Sales Engineer

Responsibilities:

Sales & Services

Implement sales and service strategies for assigned customers / sectors / regions
Meet annual sales and service targets and operate within assigned expense budget;
Expand market share with acquisition of new customers;
Provide quality pre and post sales activities / services (e.g. trouble shooting, mounting / dismounting, failure analysis, application support) to OEMs and MROs (end-users);
Follow up on payment (debt collection);
Organise and conduct product, technical and practical trainings / seminars;
Report on relevant market movements, demands and competitors’ activities / product offerings;
Assist in organising exhibitions and house-fairs;
Assist Customer Service in technical enquiries / matters;
Liaise with our regional offices in Asia Pacific and headquarters in Germany on technical matters;

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering with min. GPA 2.8 (from 4.00).
At least have 2 years experience preferably in Pulp & Paper, Palm oil & Sugar as a Sales Engineer
Knowledge of bearing industry / applications / maintenance
Strong interest in sales, high motivated person, customer oriented mindset with proven sales record
Proficient in Microsoft office applications.
Good in English (Spoken & Written)
Must be willing to travel throughout Indonesia
Will be based in Jakarta & Surabaya office
