Property Placement Broker (Insurance)

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the General Insurance (except transport insurance, hull and motor vehicles)
Job Description:
Responsible for maintain a good relationship with the insured and company insurance
Identify, analyze, evaluate risk and determine the needs of the insured and insurance services and products needed
Review the policy conditions that are running, explains the condition of an insurance policy that applies to the insured as well as ensuring that all provisions (warranty / subjectivities – if any) are covered by the insured
Looking for the backup insurance that best requirements of the insured, learn the offerings provided by insurers, negotiating the conditions of policyholders and placing the business (new and renewals) and ensure that placing already received confirmation from the insurance and send confirmation of closure has been approved by the insurance to the insured
Monitoring of all renewal policy that will mature and make sure the policy is renewed before the due date
Dealing with changes in state policy during the period of insurance
Conduct a survey of risk (if necessary)
Collaborate with the claim division to give the policy documents and endorsements and ensur that the claims be completed properly and timely
Collaborate with the collection and accounting division for billing and payment of premiums to the insured and the insurance premiums to make reconciliation in case of difference in the value premium to be paid or refunded
Met with the insured / prospective insured if the insured is required to explain the need and provide input regarding the insurance products available to suit the needs of the insured
Prepare a summary of the insurance required by the insured
Follow up the document issued by the insurance, prepare documents to be sent to the insured and take care of the archives
Checking the document (policy or endorsement) before being submitted to the insured and require insurance companies to make corrections if the document is not in accordance with the document "closing instruction" or correspondence that has been approved by the insurance
Perform data input based on the documents submitted by the insurer for the issuance of Debit Note / Credit Note
Requirements:
2-3 years experiences in Insurance Company
Knowledge of insurance related laws and legislation, regulatory & compliance
Good command of English written and spoken
Core competencies required : Orientation to Excellence, Customer Orientation, Communication and Influencig, Problem Solving and Collaboration
