MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (MDP)
This program is specifically designed to produce future leaders of professional

Qualifications:
• Minimum S1 from any discipline
• A minimum GPA of 2.75 to 3.00 for S1 and S2 (scale 4)
• Max 25 years old for S1 and 28 years for S2
• Having a keen analysis, interpersonal and good communication skills
• Willing to be placed in Adira Credit branch offices throughout Indonesia
• Willing to undergo bond
