Position of PPIC November 2011

Location: Kompleks Industri Jatake-Tangerang

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or Industrial Technology
Male / Female,
Min. 5 years experiences in a production planning environment, intimately knowledgeable on MRP or ERP system (having experiences in Metal / steel manufacturing is preferable)
Must be a team player being able to identify differing personalities and make allowance for individuals values and emotions.
Having experience on manufacturing software systems, should have management skills and a proven track record of successful interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities :
Manage the running of MRP system and to ensure the necessary information is passed on to the purchasing department for timely procurement of raw materials and components to provide an uninterrupted production flow.
To drive from the sales forecasts and replenishment requisitions, a timely and accurate factory production schedule ensuring such constraints as customer service level, inventory turns, factory budget requirements and inventory stocking policies are adhered too.
Manage the customer service and sales support function to guarantee product delivery dates and promised dates are met.
Taking control the information determining the stocking policies and modify the algorithms as necessary
To ensure all aspects of ISO9001 are satisfied on a continuing basis and that the ISO system becomes the natural way in which we go about our business.
